The chilly weather has finally arrived, which means two things: 1) time to break out the booties and 2) my cravings for noodle soup intensifies. Throw any noodle my way- pho, udon, vermicelli, spaghetti, it’s all too good. This past weekend I was in full noodle mode and came across a movie called, The Ramen Girl staring Brittany Murphy. She is mesmerized by the art of cooking ramen and diligently trains to become a chef in Tokyo, but not just any chef, a ramen chef. While the movie wasn’t an Academy Award winner, it was certainly entertaining and let’s just say you can now call me, The Ramen Girl.
