Sometimes I think I should make a career change and become a news meteorologist. Think about it, you get to wear nice outfits, get your makeup done and you never have to be right. I was anticipating sunny warm weather last weekend and as you can see, it was anything but that. Oh well, I brightened up my weekend with my favorite sequin bomber (it’s on sale for less than $15!) and paired it with some aqua wayfarers. This is what summer in San Francisco looks like.

Twenty minutes outside San Francisco is the beautiful town of Tiburon. The gigantic homes that overlook the bay are something out of an episode of MTV Cribs and the quaint boat houses are reminiscent of Sleepless in Seattle. I never noticed how noisy the city can be until I visited Tiburon and I’m sure this quiet town has never been so loud since I strolled in.

China Beach, San Francisco

Since we’ve been lucky enough to have some amazing weather, I took a trip to China Beach. Usually a trip to the beach means I’m bundled up in a sweatshirt and Uggs, so being able to sport a sleeveless top is a major win (even though I’m still in jeans). We’re back to chilly, windy weather now, but I’m glad I got to soak in the sun last weekend and get my daily dose of Vitamin D.
