Last week I spent some time on Oahu with my family. We visited Kailua Beach, ate garlic shrimp on the North Shore, and watched the sunset from Waikiki. The weather was a bit cooler and rainier this January, so long pants and light layers came in handy (if you’re visiting in the summer — check out my Hawaii outfit guide). Though, there was one night on the town where I was unprepared for the island breeze and ended up buying a sweater (cc Day 7).
