Am I late to the party or has everyone been shopping from Aerie? Recently, I’ve been ordering comfy, loungewear pieces from them and they’ve exceeding all my expectations — case in point; this stripe tee. Not only is it super soft, the quality feels amazing and it’s going to piece I wear all season long. I’m wearing a XS — the normal size I order from Aerie. Not only is the fit and feel on point, they always have amazing sales which seal the deal. Getting dressed before work can be a struggle. After hitting the snooze once or twice (maybe three?), it’s a mad dash to get out the door on time. When I’m in a pinch and need to look put-together, I reach for pieces of the same color — and in this case I’m head-to-toe in fall’s favorite hue, burgundy. This coat (wearing size XS) is going to be a new favorite in my closet, especially when the holidays come around. I toned the bold plaid pattern down with a varsity-style sweater (wearing size XS) and tailored ankle pants. In addition to petite, Express also carries short lengths, so I didn’t need to cuff or hem them (yesss) — I’m wearing a size 2 short.

Greetings from Pismo Beach! I’ve never spent time on the Central Coast and I’m wondering why I haven’t done so sooner. The vibes are super laidback and I get to eat all my favorite foods; seafood, seafood, and more seafood.  To fit the scene, I wore a super warm fisherman’s sweater and loose denim so I could eat as much as I wanted without feeling restricted. And even though sized down (wearing a 24) in these Everlane Boyfriend Jeans, they still had that relaxed fit. I wore them all day and noticed they stretched a bit, so I’ll have to report back after I wash them. The Boss Mules are true to size and relatively comfortable — the insides of my feet were rubbing against the shoes (flat feet problems), but I think they’ll soften up over time.

Next time I take a SoCal road trip, I’m definitely making another pitstop here.
