I recently discovered two brands that will quickly become my favorites; Farrow and NEED from Need Supply Co. Both brands feel modern, minimal, and on-trend (a la Zara) with prices that won’t break the bank. I ended up ordering this skirt, the dress version of the skirt, and this sheer top (clearly, I’m feeling taupe right now). Con: There are only a few sizes left in this color and the black. Pro: It has an elastic waist. If you’re curvy on the bottom considering sizing up as there’s not much stretch in the body.

The weather has been crushing my dreams of wearing any new spring gear. Luckily, the breaks in the rain have been long enough to break out these mules from Gray Matters. I ordered a size 38 (I’m a 7.5) and they run pretty true to size. The leather is soft and the soles are comfy, I can definitely wear them all day. And if you think I’m crazy for buying white shoes — you’re not wrong. I’m pretty clumsy, so I’ll be putting the leather cleaner to good use.

Last week, I visited the new Reformation on Fillmore Street — it’s their second SF location, the first is in the Mission. When I “ordered” these  pants through the tv screen in my dressing room, I was worried about the fit. But when I slipped them on, I knew I’d never take them off — they’re high-waisted with an elastic waistband (done and done). Although they’re supposed to be cropped, I really like the slouchy length — it’s a throwback to the 90’s and… the Spice Girls.
