Whoa, life has been a little crazy lately. Lots to update you guys with, but first my spring shopping haul is now live! The recent rain has got me so excited to dress for spring so I went on a few online shopping sprees to prep for the warm(er) weather ahead. I really love my newish because it’s so easy to style! For loose beachy waves, I use a Hot Tools Curling Iron or the T3 Singlepass Wave Wand (don’t let the single review scare you – this is the one I use and love!).  To make your waves last throughout the day use lots of product (not just hairspray!).  Here’s what I use:

• Hot Tools 1.25″ Curling Iron: I generally set the temperature to ~350° and hold the clamp slightly open for a softer curl.
• Oribe Surfcomber Mousse:  Use sparingly on washed hair before blow drying. I seriously can’t get enough of this product.
• Drybar “The Kicker” Finishing Spray Wax: Shake well and melt between your palms. Apply to the ends of your hair, using a twisting motion to define curls.
• Moroccan Oil Luminous Hairspray: Finish with a medium hold hairspray.
• Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray): For extra volume, I spray at the roots and zhuzh with my fingertips.

The spring sun was in full force today and I couldn’t wait to take advantage. This sheer ruffle dress was a favorite from my recent ASOS order — by the way, have you heard they extended their return policy?!  It went from 15 to 28 days and with free 2-day shipping for orders over $150, ASOS remains one of my favorite places to shop. K, back to the dress—it fits true to size, I’m wearing a 0 regular (no petite). I really like how flowy the fabric is, but if the wind picked up, the fabric gave an illusion of a baby bump… 😳 When the weather gets super warm, I plan to wear unbuttoned, over a tank and jeans like a cardi/jacket.
